    Upload a logo, choose your primary and accent colours, fill in your address and registration numbers. You only do this once — every document you issue afterwards picks up the same letterhead automatically.

    Build the document

    A guided form walks the regulation's structure — significant findings, action plan, review date — so nothing gets skipped when you're working through it. Save as a draft, come back later, fill in what's left.

  3. 03

    Issue it on your letterhead

    Mark it complete, share or print. The finished document carries your branding, your reference number and your sign-off — RAMS Engine never appears on it. Set a review date and we'll surface it when it's due.
